  • Organization Information: If you create or join an organization, we collect the organization name, university affiliation, member count, and type.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card or bank account numbers. We receive limited payment information from Stripe (such as the last four digits and expiration date) to display transaction history.
  • Communications: Content you post through announcements, polls, event descriptions, and transition notes.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen resolution.
  • Log Data: IP address, access times, and referring URLs.

  • Within Your Organization: Your name, email, profile photo, role, attendance, and dues status are visible to other members and administrators of organizations you belong to.
  • Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service, including:
    • Stripe — payment processing
    • Supabase — database and authentication
    • Vercel — hosting
    • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
